> JUNIOR SYSTEM NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR - Mississauga, ON | APPLY NOW

We are seeking an experienced Junior System Network Administrator to join the Mississauga head office team. The applicant chosen will meet all the qualifications below and will be working with an experienced team.


Main Responsibilities:

- Receive and resolve all types of technology related service calls
- Local and remote End user support
- Install, configure and upgrade computer software
- Install, configure and support computer hardware including layer 2-layer 3 switches, Wi-Fi APs, servers, CCTV cameras, routers and other equipment
- Manage LAN (including Vlans), Wi-Fi, and Storage Area Networks
- Manage virtual infrastructure
- Monitor IT systems and apply upgrades to hardware and services where necessary
- Maintain system security, backup / recovery and performance
- Perform administration of network user accounts, application accounts and user

Education:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- MS Exchange 2007 and 2013 support, migration experience is an asset
- VMWare ESXi 5/6.7
- Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 administration including AD, DHCP, IIS, DNS, DFS and GPO
- MS SQL 2005-2016 administration
- Dell hardware including SANs, servers and layer 3 switches
- Manage Dell Switches and Wi-Fi APs
- Network protocols including VLANs management, routing, NAT, VPN and iSCSI

> PLANT MANAGER - Mississauga, ON | APPLY NOW

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily activities, safety working practices and working with other managing staff.


Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily activities of approximately 50 hourly employees
- Ensure safe working environment for all employees and maintaining safe working practices
- Work with other managers and Senior staff to establish and manage production workload/schedule while taking resources and processes into account
- Achieve production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Suggests corrective actions to improve quality and productivity
- Provide training, motivation and guidance to employees
- Responsible to ensure plant/offices are locked up at shift end
- Respond to calls from security company.

Education/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing environment in cabinet or furniture manufacturing
- Experience in cabinet making, woodworking running panel saws, edgebanders and/or CNC an asset
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety standards
- Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, time management , problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiar with continuous improvement systems an assets
- Ability to promote team building and collaboration
- Able to multi task and adapt to new environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft MS

We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide support to the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast paced environment, an ability to work independently with strong time management skills and able to prioritize several assignments simultaneously while maintaining a degree of professionalism and confidentiality.


Main Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for VP of Sales while maintaining high level of confidentiality;
- Manage daily calendars, emails, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Liaison between company executives and various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization;
- Prepare weekly sales forecasting reports
- Prepare material for presentations;
- Manage expense reports;
- Attend and document meeting minutes as required; - Respond to general inquiries and forwarding inquiries to various people/departments
- Undertake administrative projects as assigned by VP of sales; and,
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

- Post secondary degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or Design
- 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening);
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy;
- Self-motivated, independent thinker who is able to work independently as well in team environment;
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptive in response to rapidly changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office skills

> PROJECT COORDINATOR - Mississauga, ON | APPLY NOW

We are hiring Project Coordinators to join our increasingly busy Operations Department. The role of the PC is to coordinate the completion of service work on the kitchen installation in order to adequately prepare each lot for pre delivery inspection (PDI) by the home owner as well as provide ongoing customer service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage customer enquiries regarding products, service, installation and accounts
- Schedule and track service appointments with customers and service technicians
- Scan and archive service documents into system
- Analyze and update deficiency lists
- Generate purchase orders for builder customers
- Review and ensure accuracy of chargeable orders and manage budgets
- Daily/weekly service updates to customers and management
- General office duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

- College Diploma in Architectural Technology or Design
- 2-3 years working experience in cabinetry, construction or builder environment preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and deal with difficult customers
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with learning new systems easily
- Superior organizational and time management skills


Work Schedule: Day Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
